Love the looks and layout of this unit. Question, is there a spot on the exterior of the trailer to install a TV mount?

Definitely get this thing inspected from top to bottom before purchasing. Wonder about the construction and longevity with this one.

We took our maiden voyage in ours this Thanksgiving and absolutely love it. In storage for the winter but can't wait to go again!!

Well make sure you have it inspected before you sign anything. This show quality unit has the shower walls already detaching from the bathroom wall. Perfect spot for mold to start growing.

Our control panel quit working and no one will answer and we live in it

You left a lot out of this video on how the walls are put together, how the furniture is installed, how the cabinets are install, etc. Also, you say you use hard plastic water line, why did mine come with water hose that separated the day I got it home causing the hot water heater to leak all over the furnace, under the bathroom sink where where the converter is mounted with all of it's wiring, under the walls leaking out into the bathroom and bedroom, warping the underflooring because the hot water got between the linoleum and sub-floor. I had to go 3 weeks without water before the dealership could get me in. They refused to fix the sub-floor. Also, the kitchen island "dips" when you walk around it on the camp side. The refer hasn't worked on gas for more than 3 weeks at time for over a year (even with a new brain) and the oven had to have a new control center installed to work properly. I get that my unit had set on the dealership lot for a year when I bought it, but it seems like this unit had a lot of deficiencies when it left the factory and they weren't corrected by the dealership either. The insulation in the the front cap doesn't keep the cupboards for getting really hot. The fresh water tank froze this last January which tells me that the insulation around the tanks isn't worth much. The AC vibrates the front cap rattling the kitchen cabinets. The heat racing dumps all the heat in the bedroom/bathroom and the living space stays cold forcing the need to run the electric fireplace. The electric bill for this unit went up $90/mo from my 26 year old holiday rambler. I'm also told by the factory rep that I can't put books in my living room overhead cabinets because they cannot hold the weight. Again, not built as good as my 26 year old holiday rambler was. I had books in all the overhead cabinets in the living room. I leaned against the bathroom wall (hall side) and the wall recesses and is unstable. The under-bed storage barely has room for the bed spread and pillows that came with the unit. I either purchased a lemon or your construction isn't as good as you try to present in this video.

@johnlackner1193 0 seconds ago that sewer connection looks a bit low to the ground for a trailer this new. I keep thinking it might get scraped off going over a bump, or pothole. Other wise, great trailer! I like dual axles on a lightweight trailer so a flat tire won't be such a problem.

This company is a scam! They have known delimitation problems and left a large number of people high and dry with non-working trailers that are too expensive to fix. Stay away from Venture RV at all cost!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY THESE GARBAGE TRAILERS! Our Sonic started delaminating 14 months after we bought it and Venture refused to fix it. The dealer admitted that a ton of Sonic’s delaminate quickly, there’s nothing they will do about it, but they still sell them anyway. As someone who is stuck with a $30k piece of useless junk, I would avoid Venture RV’s at all cost.

More cheap crap and this company uses this video for damage control...they all Crack. They use these because they are modular and they are cheaper to make and ship..they can ship hundreds on a truck instead of a few...this company knows about the cracking and has a repair scab plate kit. Real junk.

Purchased the new 24 sporttreck 353vik from the Nashville rv show back in January even met Chad from Venture RV and spent a lot of time asking questions and Fell in love with the layout and usage of storage but I am very disappointed in the issues/problems that the QUALITY CONTROL department very much should’ve caught while in assembly. For starters the living room floor has a massive squeak when walking as if there isn’t enough support underneath the floor. Everything has pretty mulched leaked as plumbing fixtures and fittings go. The track system for the shower door they screwed down with screws i have water that comes out under the shower and absolutely no way to get to it from the underside they didn’t seal anything in the shower. Every P trap has leaked due to not being tightened down correctly. I am sure there will be more issues to come which I totally anticipate after all it is a rolling earthquake but all these issues came about while it sitting in my driveway prepping and cleaning again I purchased this in January and Memorial Day weekend is this first time it has left my house after purchasing. It is one of those deals I wish I could take it back to the factory and have them fix all my issues that I haven’t fixed like my floor that could be a very difficult job if not done correctly. I already called my dealership about some things and no one had a clue how to fix because the venture line was new to them. Sorry for the rant but for the amount of money paid it’s very frustrating that all these issues should’ve been caught during assembly

I really love this RV but the only thing I do not like is the dinette and couch locations. for me, I feel it would be beyound perfect if those 2 locations where swapped, and wish they kind of mounted the TV like they do in the stratus.. I dont wanna sit on a sofa and have to rotate my head 90 degreees to watch a movie

We have had ours 2 years now, and it has been one disappointment after another. Screws from the window shades coming out the 1st time we used it. Leaky shower, leaky toilet, leak in the roof over the shower in the sunroof. Now we are stuck in it.

Can the decals/logo on window be removed? I want to be able to look out the bedroom window and see trees not the word sporttrek....thanks!

While I love Venture RVs, the color pallet is outdated. We’ve all moved on from “millennial grey.” We need some more natural tones and softer lighting. 5000K LED lights are not meant for living spaces. Wayyy too harsh.

I've seen several of those frames crack around the bolts. It seems like a bad design to put so much stress where a bolt is rather than spread the stress over a wider area with a weld. I was a fan of your frame (the concept) until I saw a lot of cracks around those bolts and realized what the problem is.

Interesting, you talk about screw retention in aluminum vs. wood. My first outing with my SportTrek 241VMS resulted in the awning pulling out of the 0.040 aluminum tubing it was screwed into. I had to install some RV pop rivets on the awning to ensure the new fasteners wouldn't pull through the aluminum. No warranty claim here, backlog at the dealer was 45 days so I fixed it, like so many other problems, by myself.

The AC wasn't working on our brand new unit.

great tour, I love the mention of QC at every step , immensely important and the use of the "traveler" my wife and I sold our sporttrek travel trailer to upgrade to a fith wheel. at that time sporttrek didn't offer a fith wheel or we would have definitely felt comfortable purchasing one nice job on video!

We bought our through Scott's Recreation in Turner Maine, at there RV Show 3 week s ago. The camper was my wife's wow factor! Factory Rep. was there as well, and he answered all our questions. Camper is 1/2 ton towable, and got it home with my 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 1/2 ton Big horn. We are looking forward getting over to seasonal campsite here in Maine!

oh yeah, hallway so narrow you have to keep one door or the other shut to get through. Only outside storage is the compartment under the bed and it is boxed off so you loose 1/3 of under bed storage. Bed is so tall a short person has to crawl on on 4's to get in and out. No way to turn off overhead light after you get into bed; no way to turn on bed light without crawling in and out of bed. All overhead cabinets are unable to hold any kind of weight; minimal wall support. Insulation will not keep the tanks from freezing even with the forced air heat. Had to use both fireplaces and the furnace to heat the RV this winter. Insulation only good down to 30 degrees. Also, anything outside sounds like it is right in the house the house (rain, road, etc). Bathroom counter top is picture, not marble. They put the furnace in the bedroom under the hot water heater and there is no separation of water station and furnace. Therefore a water leak goes right into the furnace and soaks the sub floor. Basically cheaply made and not worth the $$. Sacrificed quality for being light weight.

No coat closet, pantry layout not usable, picture wrap on pressboard for most cabinet, crafted cheaply. Won't hold up the 15 yrs the loan lasts.

This guy right here is reason #615 why I want a Venture RV. Met him at the Novi RV show and he sold me on their product!

What type of washer/dryer generally goes into that closet? One of combos or is the whole space taken up by a stackable?
